If you would like to find out which of our standard sizes (xs, s, m, l) fits most closely to your nail sizes, you can order a custom sizing kit to compare sizes. 

If you would like to order custom sized nails sets, you will first need to place an order for our Custom Sizing Kit ($3). This kit will come with labeled nails (one in each size 0-9) to measure against your own fingernails and an insert card to write your custom sizes on for easy reference. As long as you keep your numbers handy, you will not have to repeat this process.

Once you know your custom size numbers, you will be able to choose the custom size add on option for any of our nail sets. A test box will pop up allowing you to type in your sizes. 

If you forget to provide sizes please email us at info@katteractnails.com as soon as possible. If sizes are not received within 14 days of order a set will be sent out in our medium size. 

At Katteract Nails, we use high-quality, natural ingredients in our products to help ensure a luxurious spa quality pedicure at home. Our products are also free of harmful chemicals and preservatives.

Yes, we offer a range of vegan products that are free of animal-derived ingredients. Additionally, all of our products are cruelty free. 

We offer free shipping within the United States for orders over $75. For orders under $75, we charge a flat rate of $7 per order.

Unfortunately, our press-on nails are made to order and non-refundable, as are most of our items due to hygiene reasons. While most of our are non-refundable and may not be returned, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any issues with your order, or are unhappy for any reason, please email us at info@katteractnails.com so we can address your concerns. 

Pedicure bowls may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full return. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back. Please note the following items are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons: custom sizing kit, press-on nails, nail prep kit, cuticle oil products, cuticle balms, and pedicure kits.
